Singapore, 21 July 2026CLA Global TS is proud to announce its conferment as Champion of Good 2026, the highest tier of recognition under the Company of Good (COG) initiative, at the Company of Good Conference and Conferment Dinner held at Raffles City Convention Centre on 20 July 2026. Conferred by the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC), the prestigious accolade is valid from 2026 to 2029 and recognises organisations that demonstrate an exemplary commitment to doing good while acting as catalysts for collective impact through active engagement with partners and stakeholders.

Among the 481 businesses recognised as Companies of Good, CLA Global TS was honoured to be one of only 63 organisations awarded the Champion of Good distinction. Over the past three years, more than 1,046 businesses have been recognised under the refreshed Company of Good (COG) Recognition System, reflecting the growing adoption of Corporate Purpose across Singapore’s business community as the movement marks its 10th anniversary.

CLA Global TS has been a longstanding advocate of purpose-driven business, having previously been conferred the Champion of Good accolade in 2018 and 2022. Following the introduction of the refreshed COG Recognition System in 2024, the firm was recognised as a Company of Good – 3 Hearts. Its conferment as Champion of Good 2026–2029 further underscores the firm’s enduring commitment to creating positive and lasting impact for its people, clients, communities and the environment.

“We are deeply honoured to be conferred the Champion of Good 2026 award. This recognition reflects our long-standing commitment to creating winning opportunities for our people, our clients and our communities, and to making a positive impact across the areas of People, Society, Environment and Economy. Since 2008, we have believed that business success should go hand in hand with purpose. As Group CEO, I see this award as an affirmation of the values that guide us every day—to be authentic, treat others with respect, act with integrity, and grow together with our stakeholders. This recognition strengthens our dedication to living our corporate purpose and continuing to make a meaningful difference. We hope to lead by example and inspire more organisations to create a lasting impact for Singapore’s people and communities,” shared Mr Henry Tan, Group CEO & Chief Innovation Officer, CLA Global TS.

CLA Global TS’s contributions span scholarships, book prizes, study grants, mentorship programmes, business plan challenges, learning journeys, environmental initiatives and community welfare activities, while also strengthening governance practices, advancing paperless operations, supporting local businesses through procurement, and creating positive impact in Singapore and beyond.

In April 2023, CLA Global TS launched its inaugural scholarship and mentorship programme for ITE students pursuing accountancy-related courses, reinforcing its commitment to providing equal opportunities for ITE students to achieve their career goals. Building on similar support for university and polytechnic students since 2008, the initiative aims to nurture future finance professionals and strengthen Singapore’s talent pipeline.

In addition to supporting various charity events, CLA Global TS remains a dedicated participant in the Boys’ Brigade Share-A-Gift Project. This annual firm-wide corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative involves employees delivering hampers to beneficiaries, with the firm matching employee donations.

CLA Global TS has also supported communities through sports, including its long-standing sponsorship of the Singapore National Women’s Floorball Team and, more recently, youth national golfers under the Singapore Golf Association, while actively participating in charitable initiatives across the business community. Beyond Singapore, the firm has extended its impact internationally through initiatives such as donating repurposed devices to St Paul Methodist School in Timor-Leste to support students’ and staff members’ educational and professional development.

In addition to giving back to the community, CLA Global TS is committed to supporting its employees by creating a positive working environment and upholding fair working practices and ethical standards. This commitment is reflected in accolades such as being named one of Singapore’s Top 300 Employers in the 2025 Singapore Opportunity Index, receiving the Silver Award for Work-Life Harmony Strategy at the 2025 Employee Experience Awards, attaining accreditation under the Progressive Wage Mark (PW Mark), and earning other recognitions for its Progressive Employment Practices.

Additionally, CLA Global TS is deeply committed to embracing diversity within the firm. Female leaders account for 52% of its top management team across our offices in Singapore, Malaysia, and China. Their diverse leadership styles have fostered innovative problem-solving, strengthened organisational collaboration, and inspired many colleagues to follow their example.

“At CLA Global TS, we believe that every contribution matters, regardless of its size. Giving back to our communities is at the heart of our corporate purpose, and we remain committed to extending our spirit of giving beyond our borders to create meaningful and lasting impact,” added Mr Henry Tan.
