Singapore, 17 April 2023 – CLA Global TS (formerly Nexia TS) signs a Letter of Collaboration with Institute of Technical Education (ITE) College Central to launch its first scholarship and training programme for ITE students pursuing Accountancy related courses.
CLA Global TS has been awarding scholarships since 2008 to needy students in local universities and polytechnics. The scholarship programme with ITE College Central aims to offer the same opportunity to students from different pathways, giving them an equal chance to get both monetary and non-monetary assistance to achieve their career goals.
3-Year Collaboration Offering Monetary and Non-Monetary Assistance
The 3-year collaboration will include $30,000 sponsorship in the form of Study Awards, Good Progress Awards and book prizes to students pursuing Accountancy related courses. Students can also benefit from short-term internship with CLA Global TS, work-study programme and mentoring / management trainee programme to gain valuable experiences and skills they need upon graduation.
Offering Equal Opportunities for ITE, Polytechnic and University Graduates

Celebrating 30th Anniversary by expanding Community Contribution
“As shared in our rebranding announcement in November last year, we are committed to expand our existing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts through education to celebrate our 30th Anniversary this year. The launch of this scholarship with ITE College Central will help us better understand the areas in which ITE students require assistance in. We hope to prepare them for further studies in polytechnics and universities and/or equip them with the necessary skillsets to compete in the workforce upon graduating from ITE. Through the scholarship, we hope to also identify talents to join us upon graduation and groom Singaporean talents who can contribute positively to the economy,” said Mr Henry Tan.
