As A Company Of Good, The Firm Has Collaborated With Its Tax Specialists To Introduce An Online Tax Savings Calculator – Jar Of Hearts – That Aims To Help Corporations And Individuals To Get A General Estimation Of Their Potential Tax Savings When They Donate To Approved Registered Institute Of Public Characters (Ipcs) In Singapore.
This Independent Csr Initiative Is Created To Encourage People To Give Back To The Community And At The Same Time, Make Giving A More Meaningful Activity. With That, The Firm Embarked On This Csr Project To Assist In Enhancing National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre’s (Nvpc) Efforts By Linking Donors And Potential Donors To A List Of Approved Ipcs, In A Bid To Help Them Learn More About Their Tax Savings With The Objective To Drive Donations To Good Causes Which Will Make The Community A Better Place.

During The Financial Crisis Of 2008 To 2009, We Set Up The CLA Global TS Scholarships For The Financially Needy Students In Ntu, Smu And Sim, In Particular, To Support Those Pursuing The Accountancy Degree. As A Public Accounting Firm, We Also See This As A Way To Encourage Growth Of The Accountancy Profession And Aid Aspiring Students To Achieve Their Career Goals. These Scholarships Also Offer Opportunities For Internships At Our Firm And A Career Path With Us Upon Graduation.

As A Professional Firm, CLA Global TS Not Only Has The Responsibility To Train Staff Members In The Aspects Of Technical And Professional Skills But At The Same Time Instill The Values Of Being Socially-Responsible Individuals By Looking Beyond Themselves.
