Singapore, 22 May 2025CLA Global TS is proud to announce its achievement of the Silver Award for Work-Life Harmony Strategy at the 2025 Employee Experience Awards, standing out among nine finalists. The Award Presentation Ceremony and Gala Dinner, held on 16 May 2025 at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, was attended by winners and finalists of this year’s 47 award categories, structured around four key pillars: Leadership, Learning, Engagement, and Talent Acquisition.

Within the Engagement category, the Work-Life Harmony Strategy award recognises organisations that foster a workplace environment where employees can achieve a healthy balance between work and personal life. It highlights companies that offer flexibility, along with holistic benefits and programmes, to support employees in managing both career and home responsibilities — ultimately enhancing productivity and reducing turnover. 2025 Employee Experience Awards is organised by Human Resources Online, a publication of Lighthouse Independent Media.

Mr. Henry Tan, Group CEO & Chief Innovation Officer at CLA Global TS said: “We are deeply honoured to be recognised for our commitment to championing employee well-being, growth, and development. At CLA Global TS, our corporate purpose has always been to create winning opportunities for our People, our Clients, and our Communities — with our People at the heart of everything we do. We are proud that our continued efforts in fostering a positive and empowering workplace culture have been acknowledged. A big thank you to our dedicated People & Culture team, as well as the leaders and managers across the firm who consistently uphold and embody our purpose in how they engage with our People. As a firm, we remain committed to supporting our people in thriving both professionally and personally.”

Guided by its vision to be ‘The Growth Strategist for Asia’, CLA Global TS’ mission drives how the organisation engages both talents and clients:

Specifically, on the talent front, CLA Global TS human resource team — known as the People & Culture Team — embodies this vision. The team works on cultivating a CLA Global TS culture that adds value to our People through Employee Engagement, Collaborative Working Spaces, and Team Bonding Activities.

The CLA Global TS team regularly participates in bonding activities that promote open communication and teamwork.

Beyond technical training, CLA Global TS also sponsors leadership and image workshops to support personal growth and development.

From development opportunities like sponsored professional training and career progression, to a rewards and recognition programme that includes flexible work arrangements, study and exam leave, as well as family care leave, CLA Global TS actively engages with its people on multiple fronts. People’s experiences are also enhanced through firm-wide and departmental activities that promote teamwork and open communication.

Wellness & Employee Engagement Activities are planned throughout the year to enhance employee’s experience.
