Glenn has over 15 years of professional experience across audit, assurance and internal audit, spanning Big 4, public sector and mid-tier professional services environments.
Prior to joining CLA Global TS in 2024, Glenn spent nearly 11 years in external audit with a Big 4 firm in Singapore and around 2 years in an internal audit role with a government ministry. In external audit, he was involved in providing assurance services for public listed companies, multinational corporations and small and medium enterprises, and served clients across diverse sectors, including regulated fund managers, private equity and venture capital funds, listed companies, VCCs, REITs, real estate and property development groups, hospitality businesses, manufacturing firms, construction companies, trading and distribution businesses, government-linked entities, and regulated payments entities.
He has led audits of complex and regulated businesses, including groups with multi-entity and multi-location structures, fund structures, listed company reporting requirements and sector-specific regulatory considerations. His experience includes financial reporting, audit quality, risk assessment, internal controls, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement and capital market transactions, including comfort letters.
His internal audit experience within the public sector gave him deeper insight into governance, operations, risk management and controls.
At CLA Global TS, Glenn continues to lead audit and assurance engagements across a diverse client portfolio, including IPO projects and capital market transactions. His combined experience enables him to provide practical, proportionate and commercially grounded advice to clients while maintaining a strong focus on audit quality and regulatory expectations.
