Shilong will lead the newly established Consulting arm focused on Management Consulting, offering strategic guidance in corporate and operational strategy, enterprise transformation, change management and performance improvement.
Shilong brings extensive experience across management consulting, financial services, and the technology sector. Prior to joining CLA Global TS, Shilong held regional leadership roles — including Head of Strategy, Head of Customer Discovery & Innovation, Senior Vice President, COO, CFO, CRO, and Director positions — at multinational corporations, financial institutions, and consulting firms.
Shilong holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a Chartered Accountant, a LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt, and certified in Blue Ocean Strategy. He has built a diverse career across industries and geographies, holding leadership roles at many top firms, including consulting firms such as Kearney and KPMG Advisory. His areas of expertise include strategy, finance, operations, digital transformation, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A), with a strong track record of successful projects across financial services, technology, real estate, logistics, e-commerce, retail, private equity, and government sectors in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East & Africa, and North America.

As part of its leadership development efforts, CLA Global TS has recently appointed Lee How Sheng as an Advisor to its Advisory Business Services. How Sheng will add value in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and risk management.
Lee How Sheng brings over 40 years of leadership experience across the public and private sectors. At Singapore Pools, he held key roles in Sports Betting, Strategy, Corporate Development, Risk, and Procurement, leading initiatives such as the launch of online betting, the SP2020 strategy map, and a transformation of procurement practices. Prior to that, he served 23 years in the Singapore Civil Service, where he helped establish the National Youth Council, launched GeBiz and Singpass, and held senior positions across multiple ministries and statutory boards.
