Singapore, 7 February 2023 – CLA Global TS (formerly Nexia TS) is pleased to announce that it has successfully assisted homegrown multi-brand F&B and food court operator, YKGI Limited, in its initial public offering (IPO) listing on the Singapore Exchange Catalist board.
YKGI Limited is an established homegrown brand with a track record of more than 30 years. Started as a humble pushcart stall in Nee Soon selling braised duck rice, Yew Kee Group today is engaged in F&B operations, food court management and franchising and sub-franchising, and manages a diverse portfolio of brands. With the mission of serving quality food to people from all walks of life, YKGI Limited owns and/or operates eight non-Halal and Halal brands through 73 food outlets and four food courts across Singapore. Yew Kee Group is also the exclusive franchisee of the CHICHA San Chen brand of tea shops in Singapore.
CLA Global TS acted in the capacity of Reporting Auditors while RHT Capital is the full sponsor and issue manager. Evolve Capital Advisory and KGI Securities (Singapore) are the joint placement agents.
