CLA Global TS Marks Its Third Successful Listing in 2025!
Singapore, 18 September 2025 – CLA Global TS is pleased to announce that it has successfully assisted commercial vehicle leasing company Skylink Holdings Limited (Skylink Group) with its Reverse Takeover (RTO) on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) Catalist Board alongside other professionals. The Skylink Group is officially listed on 17 September 2025, following the completion of a reverse takeover of Skylink APAC Pte. Ltd. earlier this month.
Skylink Group is a one-stop customer-centric commercial vehicle specialist, with core businesses spanning vehicle leasing, hire-purchase financing, and engineering services. The Group owns and operates one of the largest fleets of commercial vehicles in Singapore, serving a wide range of Business-to-Business (B2B) customers.
CLA Global TS was appointed as the risk advisory firm supporting the RTO listing through its pre-RTO internal control review.
