Singapore, 10 September 2025 – CLA Global TS is pleased to announce that it has successfully assisted Singapore-headquartered semiconductor optics startup MetaOptics Ltd (MetaOptics) with its initial public offering (IPO) on the Singapore Exchange Catalist board, listed on 9 September 2025. This marks the second IPO we have successfully supported for our clients this year, with the previous listing completed just last month.
Founded in 2021, MetaOptics is a semiconductor optics company at the forefront of glass-based metalens technology with artificial intelligence (AI)-enhanced imaging. It is set to become the first pure-play metalens company to pursue a public listing.
CLA Global TS was appointed as the risk advisory firm supporting the IPO listing through its pre-IPO internal control review.
