Singapore, 19 August 2025 – CLA Global TS is pleased to announce that it has successfully assisted spatial design specialist Dezign Format Group Limited (Dezign Format) with its initial public offering (IPO) on the Singapore Exchange Catalist board, listed on 15 August 2025.
Founded in 1988, Dezign Format focuses on experiential design, including those within the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions sector and has been responsible for various visual installations in Singapore. Dezign Format now bills itself as a design-and-build specialist that provides events, exhibitions and decor services across various industries.
CLA Global TS acted in the capacity of the Independent Auditor and Reporting Accountant while Evolve Capital Advisory is the sponsor, issue manager and placement agent for the offering.
