Singapore, 31 August 2021 – CLA Global TS (formerly Nexia TS) is pleased to announce that it has successfully assisted Barramundi Group in its IPO listing on the Euronext Growth Oslo Stock Exchange in Norway on 12 August 2021. A total NOK 130.8 million was raised from the private placement of 8.9 million shares offered at NOK 14.70 per share.
The group is not only the first Australasian company but as well the first sustainable aquaculture player pioneering the future of barramundi to be listed on the exchange. The firm is appointed as its Independent Auditor in this overseas listing thus bringing a total of 40 IPO listings assisted to-date locally and internationally.
