Singapore, 19 September 2022 – CLA Global TS (formerly Nexia TS) emerged as one of the Learning Enterprise Alliance (LEA) 2022 awardees at the LEA 2022 Awards Ceremony held on 16 September 2022 at Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel. Representing CLA Global TS, Mr Lee Tze Shiong, Director of Transformation and Quality Assurance, received the award from Mr Chan Chun Sing, Minister of Education at the ceremony.
An initiative under the Centre for Workplace Learning and Performance (CWLP) by Institute for Adult Learning (IAL), Learning Enterprise Alliance (LEA) Award seeks to recognise enterprises who are committed to using workplace learning for design of work and workplaces to promote continuous learning and performance within their organisation. The LEA is a knowledge network of curated enterprises, representing diverse industry sectors and profiles.

This year’s Learning Enterprise Alliance (LEA) Award Ceremony and MOU Signing Ceremony was graced by
Minister Chan Chun Sing, for yet another consecutive year.
Rebranded as the ‘People & Culture Team’ earlier this year, CLA Global TS’ human resource department works closely with the firm’s Transformation team led by Mr Lee Tze Shiong, in the constant cycle of engaging employees, embracing changes and re-designing processes to grow.
In the recent Learning Enterprise Alliance (LEA) project, CLA Global TS reviewed the firm’s efforts in pro-learning and workplace initiative culture with IAL’s Certified Workplace Learning Specialists to identify possible gaps and enhance existing processes. Further reviews will be conducted to improve the firm’s customised workplace learning solutions and employee-driven initiatives.
