Meriana has more than 20 years of experience with CLA Global TS, providing assurance services for public listed companies, multinational corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises and non-profit organisations. She has extensive experience across a diverse range of industries, including construction and real estate, renewable energy, healthcare, food and beverage, property development, oil and gas, manufacturing, shipping, trading, and service sectors. Her portfolio includes listed companies with operations across the People’s Republic of China and Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia, Malaysia and Myanmar.
In addition to statutory audits, Meriana leads capital markets and transaction-related engagements, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and Reverse Takeovers (RTOs), where the firm acts as Reporting Accountant. She also involved in IPO advisory works such as IFRS conversion projects, accounting advisory and financial due diligence for significant investment and acquisition transactions.
Beyond client engagements, Meriana is actively involved in the firm’s technical and quality functions. As a member of the internal technical team, she contributes to the development and implementation of audit methodologies, auditing standards, and audit quality initiatives, including the deployment of audit technologies and tools. She also plays a significant role in professional development within the firm, delivering training on accounting standards, auditing methodologies, project management, client relationship management, and other professional skills.
