Singapore, 15 May 2025 – CLA Global TS is proud to announce the successful completion of the five-leg tournament at The Business Times Corporate Golf League 2025. Now in its third consecutive year of participation, CLA Global TS is proud to have achieved its objectives of fostering meaningful networking opportunities for its clients, business associates, and the wider corporate community.
“As shared in our response to an article by The Business Times, our participation in The Business Times Corporate Golf League has always been driven by our purpose of creating meaningful opportunities for our clients and associates to connect, engage, and socialise with the broader business community through the shared enjoyment of sport. Events like this provide a unique platform to build lasting relationships with players from diverse corporate backgrounds. By featuring a different team at each round, we aim to involve more of our business friends and expand our network. This league has the potential to become a much-anticipated annual tradition for our golfing associates who value both professional connections and camaraderie on the green,” said Mr. Henry Tan, Group CEO and Chief Innovation Officer, CLA Global TS, who participated in four legs as the team captain.

The Business Times Corporate Golf League has grown in popularity, with this year seeing an increase in team participation and positive reception across the board. The league serves a dual purpose — fostering friendly competition among participants and, more importantly, providing a valuable platform for business networking. With a strong emphasis on the latter, as noted in an article by The Business Times, CLA Global TS is proud to be among the many teams that have committed to participating in the 2026 edition of the league. While CLA Global TS competes in the league’s competitive category, the firm’s primary focus extends beyond the scoreboard. The competitive format serves as a valuable avenue to cultivate team spirit, encourage collaboration, and provide our players with a platform to embrace challenges collectively. This approach not only fosters motivation and camaraderie but also offers enjoyment, excitement, and a profound sense of accomplishment.

“We extend our sincere gratitude to all our clients and associates who joined the CLA Global TS team at this year’s The Business Times Corporate Golf League. Your presence, friendship, and the time you set aside from your busy schedules are deeply appreciated and played a key role in making our participation a meaningful success. In a world marked by geopolitical and business uncertainties, strong relationships and strategic collaborations are more vital than ever. We view such occasions as valuable opportunities to strengthen existing ties and cultivate new connections. It is our hope that these relationships will evolve into future partnerships that are both successful and value-driven,” added Mr. Henry Tan.
