Singapore, 6 November 2024 – On 25 October 2024, Spirit of Enterprise (SOE) wrapped up the celebration of its 21st Anniversary of the SOE Awards, celebrating and honouring the innovative and inspiring minds of local entrepreneurs. At the SOE Awards ceremony, top honour Ms. Anna Lim, SouperChef & Founder, The Soup Spoon Pte Ltd, had the prestige of being recognised as winner of SOE-CLA Global TS Entrepreneurship Award 2024.
Presented with the award, Ms. Anna Lim conveyed her heartfelt thoughts, “20 years ago, we were a micro business with a hole in a wall shop at Raffles City. My first ever award was SOE in 2004. This comes as a full circle being recognised as an honouree. Being an entrepreneur is hard work, building a good brand is even harder, and it’s a roller coaster ride, with highs and meltdowns. It is a lonely journey and we may neglect and lose ourselves. But with a mission and knowing what makes my day makes it all worth it. To spark joy through our creations and inspire healthier communities. Thank you for this recognition, CLA Global TS and Spirit of Enterprise. It makes this journey a little more bearable.”

About the SOE Awards:
The Spirit of Enterprise Awards platform is an annual award conferred to deserving business entrepreneurs to honour their outstanding achievements. It aims to recognise our local entrepreneurs’ courage, perseverance, and innovation in their journey of entrepreneurship. These local entrepreneurs serve to become role models for our young Singaporeans to emulate and to inspire the youths to take the bold step in becoming enterprising entrepreneurs. All nominees are interviewed by SOE’s appointed Student Interviewers who will prepare interview transcripts, together with supporting documents, for submission to SOE Judging Panel, comprising the SOE Board of Governors. The Judging Panel will review the submissions and select the honourees based on the selection criteria established.
