Samuel has over 10 years of public accounting experience at international accounting firms with extensive experience in providing assurance services to listed companies, multi-national companies, small-medium enterprises and not-for-profit organisations. His industry expertise includes fund management companies (RFMC and CMS), private-equity funds, construction, engineering, food and beverage, energy and resources, hospitality, education, advertising and media. Samuel is currently the chairperson of the Governing Board of World Outreach Singapore, which provides governance oversight to World Outreach Singapore, a charity registered in Singapore.
