NTS Myanmar Co. Ltd (NTS Myanmar), an extension of our Singapore office, provides a full suite of Myanmar Corporate Advisory Services for our clientele with Myanmar operations and new foreign investments into Myanmar. In addition, we aim to assist domestic businesses aspiring to venture abroad and/or seeking for overseas listing opportunities.
Our Myanmar subsidiary office, operating with local professional staff members, is headed by two of our directors who possess a good knowledge of local business practices given their experience in serving Myanmar-based public listed companies. We aspire to grow our Myanmar advisory arm to more than 30 professional staff members capable of providing a portfolio of advisory services ranging from feasibility studies, setting up of business, outsourced accounting work, M&A due diligence, IPO advisory, technology advisory, tax structuring to governance and risk management.
