Singapore, 18 December 2023 – CLA Global TS elevates the spirit of giving this year by supporting two giving initiatives – the Boys’ Brigade Share-A-Gift Project and Skate For Good – to create winning opportunities for our People and our Communities.
Boys’ Brigade Share-A-Gift (BBSG) Project – Firm’s annual CSR tradition
On 5 December 2023, CLA Global TS headed down to the residences along North Bridge Road to bring festive cheers to the beneficiaries of Boys’ Brigade Share-A-Gift (BBSG) Project. 2023 marks the 15th consecutive year of the firm’s participation in BBSG, one of the longest-running community service projects in Singapore since 1988.

At the annual corporate social responsibility (CSR) firm-wide event, people of CLA Global TS worked together simultaneously to deliver 320 hampers to the beneficiaries, a testament to the collective efforts that the staff volunteers have put in to giving back to the community.
Delving further into the spirit of giving, CLA Global TS had also matched every donation from staff dollar-to-dollar, raising a total of $5,000 as contributions to the funds used by Boys’ Brigade to purchase essential foods and household items for the elderly and less fortunate in Singapore.
CLA Global TS Group CEO & Chief Innovation Officer, Mr. Henry Tan, said, “The annual firm-wide participation in Boys’ Brigade Share-A-Gift (BBSG) Project is an event that our People look forward to every year. It is the one day of the year when we gather to give back to our Communities through our collective effort as a firm. As the firm’s leader, I not only support our People to grow professionally, but also encourage them to give back to society in ways within their means, large and small.”
Skate For Good – Encouraging Acts of Doing Good Internally
CLA Global TS has always been involved in various charity events organised by non-profit organisations and external partners. Back in November 2023, CLA Global TS supported with donations to Skate for Good, an initiative that was brought to the attention of the firm through its internal connections, to raise awareness and provide support for children with chronic illnesses. Funds raised through the campaign, where a dollar is generated for every kilometer skated by participants, were donated to the beneficiary Club Rainbow.
“We are happy to support Skate For Good, a new initiative by the family of one of our People. While our participation in the first year was through cash donation only, this collaboration is a meaningful one as it shows how CLA Global TS as a firm is committed to giving back and supporting our People’s efforts in doing good outside of work. We urge the public to join us to spread the spirit of joy and love to our beneficiaries, through donations and / or volunteering in our delivery drives,” added, Mr. Henry Tan.
