Singapore, 30 October 2023 – CLA Global TS is pleased to announce the appointment of Co-Advisory Leaders, Grace Lui and Edwin Leow, Directors from CLA Global TS current leadership team. Effective from 1 November 2023, the newly appointed Co-Advisory Leaders will take on the role of leading and strengthening CLA Global TS’ advisory services.
The appointment emphasises on CLA Global TS’ commitment to enhance the professional services offered to our clients in Singapore and the markets we operate in within Southeast Asia and China, to meet the changing needs of our clients. The announcement is part of the firm’s strategic plan to grow and to create winning opportunities for our People and our Clients. In July 2023, CLA Global TS announced regional expansion plans by appointing regional leads to strategise expansion plans in new regional markets.

Grace Lui
Co-Advisory Leader, Director, Valuation, Transaction Services & Outsourcing
Grace has been with the firm since the start of her career. With more than 20 years of experience in various types of advisory engagements, Grace has been involved in pre-IPO advisory to local SMEs and China companies, reporting accountants, financial due diligence, and valuation advisory relating to Merger & Acquisition (M&A) purpose, financial compliance and legal disputes resolution. Additionally, Grace has provided advice on Business Plans and Information Memorandums for fund raising and performed process consulting and documentation of SOPs for a few listed companies and private companies.
To-date, her industry experience spans across the education, healthcare, F&B retail, lifestyle, hospitality, information technology, communications and energy sectors. She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore, Chartered Valuer and Appraiser with the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers, Singapore and International Certified Valuation Specialist under the International Association of Consultants, Valuators and Analysts.

Edwin Leow
Co-Advisory Leader, Director, Head of Tax | Country Leader, Thailand & Vietnam
Edwin joined the firm as a Tax Director in 2014. He was appointed as the Head of Tax in 2018 and has been leading and growing the Tax Team from strength to strength in his close to ten-year tenure with the firm. He also holds the appointment as the Country Leader for Thailand and Vietnam. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore, Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax) and Accredited Tax Practitioner (GST). He also holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance).
Professionally, Edwin has accumulated close to three decades of professional experience in both the international and Singapore taxation arenas. Throughout his career, Edwin has gained a wealth of experience and is equipped with extensive knowledge in providing advisory and compliance services covering all key areas of taxation: Corporate Tax, Individual Tax, Goods and Services Tax, Transfer Pricing and Stamp Duty, making him a proficient tax advisor for issues which cut across a spectrum of taxation matters. Edwin’s clientele also spans across a wide spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, construction, property development, shipping, oil and gas, information technology, hospitality, logistics, investment, fund management and private wealth services.
Edwin currently heads the Tax Department in delivering the full suite of tax services to our clients.
