M&A specialist and his role

Henry Tan, Group CEO & Chief Innovation Officer of CLA Global TS (formerly Nexia TS), has been serving as advisor to clients in Singapore and the region. As Group CEO, he manages the firm and grows its footprint to a major player in the market. He has assisted companies especially entrepreneurs since 1993 to grow their business in Asia through IPO in Singapore, London and Hongkong Exchanges. In addition, Henry is well-versed in the China market providing a spectrum of consultancy services in M&A, accounting & other business advisories. Henry also sits on the board of a number of listed companies.

CLA Global TS was founded in 1993 by two experienced chartered accountants – Henry Tan and Sitoh Yih Pin. After working as managers for one of the international accounting firms, they saw a vision and an opportunity to establish their own organisation – not any accounting firm – but one which is unique in their personalised and well qualified expertise.
