Assurance Operation, Assistant Manager
Description:
- Manage the daily operations of the assurance department by collaborating with managers to plan and allocate resources for current and future engagements.
- Supervise client due diligence procedures for potential audit clients.
- Coordinate quotes and proposals for prospective audit clients.
- Prepare the department’s budget and monitor billing for audit clients.
- Support the Director in generating management reports on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with HR to handle all resource-related matters.
- Provide continuous guidance to team members, aiding in their skill development and professional growth, enabling them to assume additional responsibilities.
- Perform any other necessary duties as required.
Job Requirement:
- A minimum Diploma qualification in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Statistics, or related fields is preferred.
- Candidates who possess less working experiences may also be eligible for consideration for a Senior position
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.

Resource Management Team Associate/Senior
Description:
Reporting to the Assurance Director/ Assurance Manager, the successful candidate will support the Business Unit in resource allocation to achieve client service excellence.
The incumbent will be responsible for the following job scope:-
- Providing support to plan & schedule appropriate audit professionals to jobs and projects in accordance with their skillsets, previous experience, and availability
- Facilitate and resolve staff scheduling matters by reaching a mutual agreement.
- Utilize various resource management techniques, such as reallocating resources, assigning additional staff, and effectively communicating with management, to address any issues related to meeting clients’ needs.
- Provide timely reports and information to management
- Any other projects assigned by superior
Skills and competences:
- Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline
- Ideally has 1-2 years of working experience in resources planning

Audit Associate
Description:
- Assist audit engagement teams to perform a variety of assurance and testing work for a portfolio of diversified clients in different industries
- Assist to prepare audit working papers in accordance with the engagement objectives and planned audit approach
- Interact with audit clients to collect all the necessary data/information, set-up and maintain audit files, prepare leads, etc
Job Requirement:
- Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification

Audit Senior
Description:
- Assists in the planning, execution and finalization of all areas of the audit assignments of small and medium size and clients listed on Singapore Stock Exchange in various industries
- Identify and discuss accounting, auditing and or other reporting issues with manager and/or partner
- Review for completeness and adequacy, the audit working papers prepared by junior members within the engagement team
- Manage client’s expectation and provide timely updates and or feasible solutions on their queries
- Prepare recommendation letter to client to improve control and enhance business efficiency as well as any required special report
Job Requirement:
- Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification
- Candidates with more than 4 years of proven and relevant audit experience will be considered for Senior position
- Candidates with 2 years audit experience will be considered for Semi Senior position

Account Assistant Manager (Client Accounting)
Description:
- Supervises and provides support to the accounts team for monthly closing and ensure all reporting deadlines are met
- Liaise with client and communicate within the management and accounting team

Job Requirement
- Minimally a Degree in Accounting and Finance
- At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, candidate with lesser working experience will be considered for Senior position
- Strong background in consolidation work experience in leading an accounting team to complete full spectrum of accounting operations

Description:
- Assist in handling Full Set of Accounts consisting of AR & AP
- Preparation of monthly & quarterly Reports for Management review
- Perform general ledger data entry
- Handle for invoices, cheque payments and petty cash claims
- Generate Cash Flow reports
- Preparation of all necessary information for Audit purposes

Description:
- Assist in the planning, execution and finalization of simple insolvency, forensic accounting and litigation support assignments
- Gathering information from books/records of clients and third parties
- Debtors’ recovery and assets realisation
- Adjudication of creditors’ claims
- Investigation of past transactions
- Assist with financial review and preparation of restructuring proposals
- Adhoc duties
Job Requirement:
- Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications
- Candidates with 1 year of audit experience in PAC firms and keen to specialize in Insolvency & Restructuring may apply
- 3 years of working experiences as above will be considered for Senior position
- Able to work independently and in a team, to manage the project and meet project deadlines

Tax Associate / Senior (Corporate Tax/GST)
Corporate Tax
Description:
- Assist and support in providing tax compliance and advisory services to clients spanning various industries
- Prepare clients’ corporate and individual tax returns, including estimated chargeable income filing and withholding tax returns
- Assist clients in responding to queries from the tax authorities
- Attend to queries from clients and all matters arising from a portfolio of clients
GST
Description:
- Applying for GST registration/de-registration
- Preparing, reviewing and filing GST quarterly returns
- Assisting clients to apply for certain GST relief schemes
- Attending to GST queries raised by IRAS
- Conducting GST health checks, ASK and ACAP reviews for clients
- Handling GST audits and investigations
- Making voluntary disclosure of errors to IRAS
- Applying for advance rulings on the GST treatment of proposed transactions
Job Requirement:
- Preferably Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification in Accountancy or SCTP
Accredited Tax Professionals are preferred - Entry level candidates with recognized university degrees who are interested to pursue a career in tax are also welcome to apply
- Positive attitude with great communication skills, meticulous, analytical and the ability to work effectively in a team

Tax Manager
Description:
- Reviewing and filing Singapore corporate tax, goods and service tax (GST), and individual tax returns
- Assisting clients to identify and apply for tax incentives, reliefs or grants
- Support and assist the Tax Director(s) in all aspects of international as well as local tax advisory
- Reviewing tax provisions for companies
- Attending to queries raised by IRAS
- Handling tax audits and investigations
For those with financial services and / or private client tax experience (not necessary but desirable), to support and assist the Tax Director(s) in areas such as Common Reporting Standard, Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act due diligence and compliance matters along with other related engagements that may involve succession planning, estate planning, entry and exit strategies and / or fund / trust structuring.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications
- CA qualifications and/or Accredited Tax Advisor/Practitioner (Income Tax) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Candidates with relevant experience as an Assistant Tax Manager could be considered for a Tax Manager Role.
- Highly committed, versatile, motivated and proactive in seeking tax solutions for clients
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience with advising on cross-border transactions is an advantage
