Audit Associate

Description:

  • Assist audit engagement teams to perform a variety of assurance and testing work for a portfolio of diversified clients in different industries 
  • Assist to prepare audit working papers in accordance with the engagement objectives and planned audit approach 
  • Interact with audit clients to collect all the necessary data/information, set-up and maintain audit files, prepare leads, etc
 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Audit Senior

Description:

  • Assists in the planning, execution and finalization of all areas of the audit assignments of small and medium size and clients listed on Singapore Stock Exchange in various industries 
  • Identify and discuss accounting, auditing and or other reporting issues with manager and/or partner 
  • Review for completeness and adequacy, the audit working papers prepared by junior members within the engagement team 
  • Manage client’s expectation and provide timely updates and or feasible solutions on their queries 
  • Prepare recommendation letter to client to improve control and enhance business efficiency as well as any required special report

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification 
  • Candidates with more than 4 years of proven and relevant audit experience will be considered for Senior position 
  • Candidates with 2 years audit experience will be considered for Semi Senior position
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Administrator, Billing & Contract

Job Purpose

The Billing & Contracts Administrator will support the Assurance Business Unit by managing billing schedules, invoices, and contract records in Workday. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely billings, while coordinating with engagement teams to support smooth financial operations.

 

Job Description: 

  • Set up and maintain accurate records of contracts, billing schedules, and invoicing transactions in Workday.
  • Configure billing schedules in line with contract terms (e.g., milestone, recurring, or project-based billing).
  • Generate and issue invoices accurately and on time.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with engagement teams to ensure timely billings.
  • Collaborate with Assurance, Operations, and Quality Assurance teams to validate billing arrangements and contract details.
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve engagement teams’ queries on invoices.
  • Assist in preparing reports on accounts receivable, billing status, and revenue tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in billing, contract administration, or finance operations (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling contracts & financial documents.
  • Knowledge of invoicing, accounts receivable processes, and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Workday.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.

Risk Advisory Associate

Description:

We assist clients in managing growth expectations, business risks, and compliance needs through value-added risk management and internal control recommendations.

We seek motivated professionals with relevant experience to join our Risk Advisory team as Associates , playing a key role in providing services like internal controls review, forensic accounting, enterprise risk management, PDPA compliance, IPO controls review, and compliance management for private and public sector clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in different engagements across various organisations
  • Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls through conducting process walkthroughs and documentation testing
  • Perform compliance reviews related to regulatory requirements, guidelines and/or established policies
  • Combine data analytics with analytical skills and critical thinking to pinpoint issues and ability to deep dive to find the ultimate root cause(s)
  • Conduct risk discussions and assessments of risk profile and highlight key risks for reporting
  • Preparation of project deliverables such as plans, working papers and reports
  • Participate in introductory and closing meetings with clients
  • Senior Associates can look forward to developing their leadership skills through review and supervising an engagement team as well as client management skills

 

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year experience for Associates in operational, ISO, compliance, risk management or financial reviews/audits.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess good writing and analytical skills
  • Adept at use of Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
  • Able to travel on overseas work assignments (post-COVID)
  • Keen interest and initiative to learn, self-driven and a team player
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and certifications such as CA, ACCA,CPA; CIA qualification will be an added advantage

Insolvency and Restructuring Associate / Senior

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and manage insolvency and restructuring engagements such as liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, special accountant, debt restructuring and bankruptcy work
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as clients, creditors, debtors, etc. in writing as well as business meetings
  • Review financial position, conduct financial analysis and develop turnaround strategies for clients in financial distress
  • Participate in business development and client relationship management
  • Review and ensure completeness and quality of work and compliance of all statutory and/or regulatory requirements of the engagements
  • Assist the Director in practice development matters and activities
  • Coach, motivate and develop junior members within the team

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification
  • Able to work independently and manage projects and meet project deadlines
  • At least 1 year of relevant insolvency experience. Candidates with at least 2 to 3 years of proven and relevant insolvency experience in PAC firms will be considered for the Senior position.
  • Strong business acumen and logical thinking / analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Description:

Tax Associate / Senior (Corporate Tax/GST)

Corporate Tax 

Description: 

  • Assist and support in providing tax compliance and advisory services to clients spanning various industries
  • Prepare clients’ corporate and individual tax returns, including estimated chargeable income filing and withholding tax returns
  • Assist clients in responding to queries from the tax authorities
  • Attend to queries from clients and all matters arising from a portfolio of clients
 

GST

Description:

  • Applying for GST registration/de-registration
  • Preparing, reviewing and filing GST quarterly returns
  • Assisting clients to apply for certain GST relief schemes
  • Attending to GST queries raised by IRAS
  • Conducting GST health checks, ASK and ACAP reviews for clients
  • Handling GST audits and investigations
  • Making voluntary disclosure of errors to IRAS
  • Applying for advance rulings on the GST treatment of proposed transactions
 

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification in Accountancy or SCTP
    Accredited Tax Professionals are preferred
  • Entry level candidates with recognized university degrees who are interested to pursue a career in tax are also welcome to apply
  • Positive attitude with great communication skills, meticulous, analytical and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Candidate with at least 3 years of relevant experience will be considered for Senior position
  • Strong in written and verbal English

Private Client Services Tax Manager

Job description:

Reporting to the Tax Director(s), you will be leading a team of tax professionals to perform the following tax advisory and compliance services for our clients:

  • Preparing and / or reviewing of tax advisory reports
  • Assisting with the conceptualisation and implementation of various private wealth structures, comprising a mix of trusts, foundations, family offices
  • Handle and review tax compliance and advisory services to a varied portfolio of corporate, individual and trust clients
  • Preparation of proposals/presentations and assisting with business development and networking events
  • Performing tax research and analysis and preparation of marketing collaterals and thought leadership articles

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant or tax practitioner / advisor with experience working in a private client focused environment with exposure to a varied client base (e.g. High net worth individuals, family offices, trustees, asset managers)
  • SCTP Accredited Tax Professionals are preferred
  • A keen and insightful appreciation of the issues facing these clients and ability to seek out opportunities and deliver customised tax and non-tax solutions to meet their needs
  • Degree qualified with a minimum 6 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience with Common Reporting Standard, Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act and Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework would be desirable but not mandatory.
